Provide a personalized plan to prospective Post Graduate Training Year 1 or 2 candidates for the residency search, application, interview, and rank process. To this end, candidates will receive one on one coaching to identify the best fit programs to apply to based on their clinical areas of interest, and or career goals. Candidates will learn how to effectively convey their qualifications and accomplishments through a well-structured Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a creatively written letter of intent. Lastly, the program will assist candidates with interview preparation and proper follow up.

Saley was very helpful in reviewing my CV and my letters of intent for each of the programs I applied to for PGY1 -  I applied to 13 programs! She also provided examples of questions I may be asked on PGY1 interviews. I owe part of how I got to where I am today to Saley and cannot thank her enough for taking the time to help me throughout the residency application process.

Mock interviewing got me comfortable answering questions in STAR method and gave me insight to know why the interviewers asked particular questions. This way, I was spot on answering exactly what they were looking for staying true to myself while providing answers. I emailed my LOI and CV to Dr. Traore and not only was it a quick turnaround but she also provided me detailed feedback and set up a call to discuss the feedback. I applied to 10 programs and was invited to be interviewed by 8 programs. She helped me prepare for my patient case presentation, clinical topic presentation, “About Me” presentation, and my “How To” presentation. I initially had no idea how to tackle them, especially regarding the format.
